In Your Pleasure Ambassador Terms
In Your Pleasure Ambassador Agreement
Our standard ambassador agreement: the same terms for every ambassador. In short: you earn 25% on the Amazon sales your IYP link brings in, paid monthly. Put #ad on every post and share only your real experience. No medical claims, no Amazon reviews for us and no TikTok posts about us. You own your posts: we may share them, credited, on our website, emails and social, and in ads only if you say "ads OK" (those ads send people to your own link, so you earn on them). To stop it, email us (section 11). No quotas, and either of us can stop at any time. The sections below are the agreement.
Between IYP LLC (In Your Pleasure), a Florida company, 407 Lincoln Rd, Suite 6H PMB 1285, Miami Beach FL 33139, info@inyourpleasure.com ("we"), and the ambassador who applied on inyourpleasure.com and was accepted, reached at the email address in that application ("you"). Start date: the day we email you that you're in. Your IYP link: the personal link in that email.
1. What this is
You try In Your Pleasure, share it in your own words and earn commission on the Amazon sales your link brings in. We send you a free pack first. It's yours whatever you think, and never in exchange for a review. No quotas; we only ask for one honest post in your first month. The words guide on our terms page, inyourpleasure.com/pages/ambassador-terms, is part of this agreement.
2. Who can join
You're 18 or older and live in the US (if you move abroad, this ends that day). Your posts are for adults: use a platform's 18+ setting wherever there is one.
3. Say it's an ad
Put #ad at the start of every post about us, and turn on the platform's paid-partnership label too. In videos, say it and show it on screen, and repeat it during lives and long videos. Keep it easy to see, never only in your bio or hidden among hashtags ("#ambassador" alone isn't enough). #ad covers the free pack as well, so use it before you've earned anything.
4. Your own real experience
Post only after you've tried the product, and share only what you've felt, in your own words. Anyone shown using it must be a real person who really uses it: no AI-made people or AI-written testimonials, and no bought followers, likes or views. If you're a health professional, tell us before you post and don't recommend it in that role. If your view changes, tell us.
5. What you can say
In Your Pleasure is a cosmetic moisturizer, not a medicine; no post may say it treats anything. You can use these facts freely: hormone-free, fragrance-free vaginal moisturizer suppositories; made with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, squalene, cocoa butter and a little coconut oil; 8 individually sealed suppositories per pouch; use any time of day. Menopause and postpartum posts can say who it's for, never what it treats. Never use a word from the words guide's never-list, such as "relief", "treat", "lube", "FDA approved" or "natural", and don't read out or close up the pouch print. For anything else, ask us first. Where this agreement and the words guide differ, the words guide wins.
6. No Amazon reviews
While you're an ambassador, don't post an Amazon review or rating of In Your Pleasure, or answer customer questions about us there, and never review product we gave you, even after you leave. Don't ask your followers for reviews. Amazon Influencer videos on our product page are welcome if the video itself says and shows #ad, that you're our ambassador and that we sent the product free, with no prices, deals or mention of reviews.
7. TikTok
Please don't post about In Your Pleasure on TikTok, with or without a link, code or product from us, while you're an ambassador or afterward. TikTok treats every ambassador post as sponsored, and its sponsored-post rules don't leave room for a product like ours. Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest and blogs are all welcome. If you'd like one of your videos on TikTok, send it to us and we'll post it on our own account, credited to you (section 11).
8. Your link
Use only the IYP link we give you: no Amazon tag of your own, and no coupon or deal sites. Newsletters go only to people who signed up, with your unsubscribe link and postal address. Ask us before paying to boost a post (18+ targeting only). If you're also in our Amazon Creator Connections campaign, you can be in both: what you post on Amazon (your storefront, videos on our product page) earns through Creator Connections, and your posts off Amazon use your IYP link. Each sale is paid only once.
9. Pay
- Rate: 25% of the In Your Pleasure sales that Amazon's Attribution report credits to your link (purchases within 14 days of a click). Amazon reports totals, not names; we share your numbers monthly.
- Not counted: your own purchases through your link, sales already paid through Creator Connections, and sales from posts that break these terms. If sales look like either, we'll tell you and hold that amount while we talk it through.
- When: monthly by bank transfer, about 45 days after the month ends (October's sales are paid by mid-December). Under $25 carries over to the next month. We need your W-9 before your first payment; until then your earnings wait for you.
10. You work for yourself
You're an independent contractor, not our employee, agent or partner, and can't sign or promise anything for IYP. You set your hours, make your content, pay your costs and handle your taxes. If what we give you in a year reaches the IRS limit ($2,000 for 2026, free product included), we send you a 1099-NEC. This isn't exclusive: you can work with other brands.
11. Your content
You own what you make; we only get permission to use it. You let us use the posts you make about In Your Pleasure as our ambassador, free, with your name, face, voice and words, credited as you ask (as text beside the post, never burned into it):
- On our website, emails and social accounts (TikTok included), until you ask us to stop.
- In our ads, only if you say "ads OK", until you ask us to stop. Every ad we run with your post sends people to your own IYP link, so the sales it brings count toward your 25% (section 9). We run ads only from our own accounts.
Wherever we use your posts, we say you got free product and commission from us as our ambassador. We may trim or crop them, add subtitles or our logo, and cut anything the words guide doesn't allow. We never change your meaning, add claims or alter your face or voice. Any edit we make is yours to post too.
We may also invite you to share a post with us as an Instagram collab post, so it shows on both our accounts. Accepting is always up to you.
To ask us to stop, email info@inyourpleasure.com with "Stop using my posts" in the subject. We'll reply to confirm and stop within 7 days of confirming: your posts come off our website and social, ads with them stop, and no new email uses them. If you haven't heard back within 7 days, please send it again. If you've emailed three times with no reply, we'll stop within 7 days of your third email. If you stop using In Your Pleasure or your view changes, tell us the same way and we'll stop the same way. After this agreement ends we start no new ads and stop any that are running within 7 days, and posts on our website and social can stay unless you ask. Share only what's yours: anyone else shown is an adult who has agreed, and we may take out music we can't use in ads.
12. Checking posts, and reactions
We check ambassador posts monthly, and for about 3 months after someone leaves, because the law holds us both responsible for what they say. If a post needs a fix (a missing #ad, a never-list word), please fix it or take it down within 3 days, or we may end this agreement straight away. If anyone mentions a reaction such as itching, burning, irritation, an infection or an allergy, email info@inyourpleasure.com the same day if you can, and send them to us rather than giving advice.
13. Ending
Either of us can end this at any time by email. Your link stops earning that day, and we pay everything earned up to then on the usual schedule, even under $25. Post nothing new with your link afterward; posts already up can stay if they keep their #ad, and for about 3 months we may still ask for a fix. Sections 3–7, 9, 11, 12, 14 and 15 continue after the end.
14. Responsibility
You're responsible for what you post. If a post breaks this agreement or the law and someone makes a claim against IYP because of it, you'll cover IYP's reasonable costs from that claim, up to the commission we paid you in the 12 months before it, unless you ignored our request to fix the post.
15. Your details
We use your details only to run the program: your application, contact, payments and required tax forms. We never sell them or add you to our email list. We share them only where needed: our bank, our tax-form service (TaxBandits), the IRS, Amazon (which ships your free pack), and the services that run our email and website. Send your W-9 and bank details only through the secure method we give you, never by email or message.
16. The rest
We'll email you at least 30 days before any change to these terms, including the rate; earlier sales keep the old rate, and you can stop instead. We can update the words guide at any time, effective when emailed, because it keeps posts within the law. Florida law applies, with any court case in Miami-Dade County, and we'll talk things through first. If one part doesn't count, the rest still applies. This agreement and the words guide are everything we've agreed; changes must be in writing, and email counts.
17. How to accept
Tick the agreement box on the application form at inyourpleasure.com/pages/ambassadors. That tick is your signature, and the agreement starts the day we email you that you're in. Happy for us to run your posts as ads (section 11)? Tick "Ads OK" on the same form, or email us any time later: ads with your posts send people to your own link, so you earn 25% on the sales they bring (section 9). Please never put your W-9 or bank details in the form or in an email.
Offered for IYP LLC by Krystina Athanasiadis, authorized person. Agreement version 5, 1 October 2026.
Ambassador words guide
This guide is part of your agreement. Where the two differ on words, this guide wins. We look over posts once a month, and for about 3 months after someone leaves. If something needs changing, we'll ask you to fix it or take the post down within 3 days. Not sure? Ask us first. Thank you for keeping it honest.
1. Always say it's an ad
- Put #ad at the very start of every post, where it shows without tapping "more". In videos, say it and show it on screen, and repeat it in live streams and long videos. Keep it in the video itself, not only in the description. Put it on every Story frame about us, and at the top of a blog, newsletter or podcast.
- Name the tie in every post, with or without your link: free product and commission. Turn on the paid-partnership label too. #ambassador, #sp, #collab, #partner or a label alone isn't enough.
Example: "#ad · I'm an @inyourpleasure ambassador: they sent it free and I earn commission"
2. Say this
It's a cosmetic moisturizer. Talk about moisture, comfort and self-care, in your own words.
- Hormone-free, fragrance-free vaginal moisturizer suppositories, 8 individually sealed per pouch
- Made with hyaluronic acid, vitamin E, squalene, cocoa butter and a little coconut oil
- Use it any time of day.
- Menopause or after a baby: say who it's for, never what it treats.
- Say it feels moisturizing and comfortable, never that it fixes, stops or helps vaginal dryness.
3. Never say
These words make a moisturizer sound like a medicine. We can't use them anywhere, and neither can you.
Relief · treat, treatment · cure · heal · prevent · repair · symptoms · disease · medicine, medication, prescription · active ingredients · atrophy · GSM · tissue health · pelvic pain · itching · irritation · "menopause support" · "postpartum recovery" · any claim about a disease, an infection, pregnancy or fertility · dose · absorption · potency · bloodstream · bioavailability · "IV drip", "IV on the go" · clinically proven, tested or studied · doctor-, OB-GYN- or gynecologist-recommended · FDA approved, cleared or registered · estrogen alternative, hormone replacement or any estrogen comparison ("hormone-free" is fine) · lube, lubricant, lubricating · for sex, before sex, before intimacy, "perfect before" · painful sex · sexual wellness · libido · natural, all-natural, naturally derived · organic · USDA · eco · plant oils · Made in the USA · CBD, hemp, THC · rectal · the old "Relief" name · squalane (it's squalene) · 'posies · bedtime only · and promises we can't prove: long-lasting · all day · lasts for hours · rapid · instant · gentle on sensitive skin · pH-balanced · safe in pregnancy · safe with condoms · "1,000x its weight" · before-and-after results
Don't read out anything printed on the pouch, front or back, or show the print close up or in a thumbnail. Some of it is old wording we're replacing. Leave out prices, savings and deals too.
4. Only your real experience
- Post only after you've tried it, and share only what you really felt. No health claims, even about yourself.
- While you're an ambassador: no Amazon customer reviews, star ratings or answers to questions about us, and never a review of product we gave you. Amazon Influencer videos are welcome, with #ad and the tie in the video, and no prices, deals or reviews.
- Nothing fake or bought: no AI-written reviews, no AI-made people, no bought followers, likes or views.
- Only show adults who've agreed to be in your post.
5. Where to post, and your link
Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, newsletters, podcasts and Pinterest. Anywhere else, ask first. No TikTok posts about us at all, with or without a link, code or product from us, while you're an ambassador or afterward: TikTok treats them as sponsored, and its rules don't allow a product like ours. Want a video on TikTok? Send it to us and we'll post it on our own account, credited to you (agreement section 11). Keep posts for adults 18+, and ask before paying to boost one.
Use only the IYP Amazon link we give you: no Associates tag of your own, no other link, no coupon or deal sites. Say "on Amazon" in plain words, with no Amazon logo and no hint that Amazon recommends us.
6. If someone reports a reaction
Itching, burning, irritation, an infection or an allergy, yours or anyone's: email info@inyourpleasure.com the same day with their words, where and when, and a screenshot. Don't guess at the cause or give advice of your own. Reply kindly: "Thank you for telling me. Please stop using it and see your doctor if you're worried. I've passed this on to In Your Pleasure."
