Krystina is an artist and a builder — she loves to make things, and she doesn’t wait for permission. Films, music, apps, art — she makes it all herself, right down to this brand’s packaging. As an artist she goes by Bouboulena, for Laskarina Bouboulina, the Greek war heroine who freed the enslaved women first. She’s deep into natural health — the kind of deep that includes an 18-day water fast, two 10-day silent meditations, and a two-mile open-water swim to an island, on zero training, because it was a challenge. So when she found suppositories and nobody had made one properly, she made one herself. Five natural ingredients. No hormones, no fragrance.
The ethos is the whole point: wellness is pleasure, and pleasure is wellness. She built this brand as her own reminder to live that way — and it turns out a lot of us need one.
